Warranty and Return

Welcome to ourbarebones.co.uk. We pride ourselves in our product quality and strict quality control but to, provide you with maximum peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive 30 Days Return Warranty.

Here is our warranty process in 10 points:
1.You can return items within 30 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service, we are always here to serve you. All you need to do is to contact us, and describe the problem or the return reason along with your order number and the related SKU number.
2.If your product arrives damaged or broken, please help us by sending clear photos with good lighting of the defect for each affected item, including the item's packaging and the delivery box.
3.If buyer has chosen the wrong size/color or does like the item (item is not faulty), we can allow return once we receive all information in point 1.The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.

.4.Despite our strict QC procedure in exceptional cases, things happen... If the item you have received is incorrect or if our size is wrong, please kindly follow the steps: - Wrong items: please send us photos with good lighting of the item and packaging and labels of the product you have received.
- Size issues: please contact us with your order number, the item code, state the size you have ordered and the size you have received . Please inform us whether the fitting is too large or too big.
Once we have confirmed we sent the wrong size, we will dispatch an alternative product or offer refund to your your Rosegal Wallet as store credit or to your payment account.
-If you have purchased the wrong item or the incorrect, please inform us. We can allow to return the product back to us for a product value refund or exchange. Shipping costs to return the items are at customer’s expenses.

5.Please kindly always contact us to obtain the return address with your return reason (see Point 1). Please do not send back your item(s) until we reply back to you with the appropriate address – this is not the same one displayed on your parcel.

6.All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, with all tags clearly attached with any related accessories that were included. Product returns that are soiled, have been altered in any way or do not conform to the above and will not be accepted.
7.Please ship the parcel via registered airmail as per our RMA form instructions ONLY so that your item can reach us easily. DO NOT return the item with expedited shipping methods such DHL, UPS, or Fedex. If you do so, the item might be delayed in the Chinese Customs. Furthermore, customs fees will be imposed. Since import taxes are usually more expensive than the item itself, we won’t be able to receive the package.
